“The quality of our lives depends not on whether or not we have conflicts, but on how we respond to them”

FAQs
Do you offer a consultation?
Absolutely! I talk a lot about relationships and it’s so important you feel comfortable with those you are walking this journey with. I offer a FREE 30 minute consultation so you can learn more about me and how I practice. Also, check out my IGTV videos (5 minutes or less each) and or check out my Vlog to learn about various topics you likely have been wondering about.
If I use you as a mediator can we then use you as a parent coordinator?
Unfortunately, no. If I am hired to mediate then I will be in that role forever and vice versa. If I am your parent coordinator, I can’t later mediate your case. It may feel a bit confusing but it’s to make sure everyone feels safe and the boundaries are clearly defined. Trust is the foundation for all the work I do and as such it’s imperative that we keep the roles clear.
I often have clients who mediate with me and then a couple years later come back to mediate new issues. That’s normal. Your kiddos will grow up so the parenting plan may need to be adjusted and we can do that. It’s often nice to go back to someone who you already have a history with and is familiar with your case.
Do I have to have an attorney?
The easy answer is no, you don’t have to have an attorney. I do mediations with attorneys present, not present and pro se clients (clients who are representing themselves). I am open to your needs.
Do you offer your services virtually?
Yes! I never thought I would say this but I love Zoom! Why? Because I find the clients I work with feel more comfortable and that is so important. When we do Zoom sessions my clients can pet their dogs/cat, sit in a favorite chair, eat their favorite snack or all those little things which go a long way with people being able to make their best decisions because they are more relaxed.
